很多人都说捷陨早挖没了；现在的捷克陨石都不是捷克的；还有人说现在的捷克陨石都是泛捷克陨石，不是捷克的，而是捷克周边国家的。还有人说真正的捷克陨石很难找到，基本都是泛捷克陨石。
种种论点，无所不有。基本都属于臆测与混淆视听。
根据捷克人告诉我的一些信息，我总结下目前捷克陨石的处境。
目前捷克还有矿区在开采，以及很多私挖现象。
Besednice地区矿点关闭，目前有私挖。
chlum地区东部还在大范围机械开采，已经挖到了地下八米深。
其它地区大型矿点由于破坏生态环境，当地居民反对的非常厉害。
私挖现象也很严重，当地政府正加大惩处力度，一旦抓获私挖人，捷陨没收并处相当巨额罚款，但是依然堵不住私挖者的脚步。
私挖一般都是夜晚进行，三三两两或单独挖，也有大胆者动用挖掘机械，经常有居民发现晚上森林还很好，早上醒来发现树木被砍伐很多，地面被大型机械挖掘过。
这基本上就是捷陨目前的处境，不是没有了，而且有矿点在开采与私挖。
下面是老外告诉我的一些Besednice地区捷陨的信息。
I also wanted to tell you some news from around Besednice. The ,,digging moldavite place,, huge one got completely closed down now. The police and the government have stopped the digging jobs and now the digging people have to find a new place to dig. You know, for them it is their everyday job, they digg all day to find few stones. The moldavites will completely dissapear in next 5-10 years. So there might be some delays in the moldavite business with us. We had many digging people coming to us but now I think it may be a bit limited as they dont know where to digg.
